On December 10, 2015, I participated at the round table conference “Ethnomusicology between two centuries”, organized by the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
My paper, “Bulgarian folklore in Canada: some sources and observations” was presented by my mother, Prof. Dr. habit Valeria Fol, who also presented her own work, “Music function in Thracian ritualism”.
The event was organized to honour the anniversaires of Acad. Dr. Nikolay Kaufman (90), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ruja Neykova (60) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nataliya Rashkova (60). For more information, please, click HERE.
