Conducting for S.O.B.A.M. until the end of 2017

I was hired by the La Société pour la Promotion des Bienfaits de l’Apprentissage de la Musique (S.O.B.A.M.) as conductor for at least four opéra/variété shows celebrating the 375th anniversary of Montréal.

The shows, produced by Nadine Guertin and directed by Yanick Alexandre, will start in August 2017 in Pointe-aux-Tremble and Rivière-des-Prairies. They will include professional and amateur musicians. Auditions will take place at the end of January.

Performance of “Non pur la morte”

Baritone Jean-Pierre Couturier performed my song “Non pur la morte” (2000) at a concert, produced by LAUDEM on September 18th 2016 at 14h00, accompanied by myself at the organ.
