On the 9th of June 2021 at 19h the Gabrovo Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Ivan Stoyanov premièred a movement of my (very long) work Stringplay. The first three times the work was scheduled Covid-19 put a stop to the première plans, but ultimately, the 4th time was the charm! Special thanks to the conductor and all the performers!
On June 8th 2021 I participated in the 3rd annual conference “Mirabilia”, organized by the Insitute for Balkan Studies with Centre of Thracology (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences) and the American Science Institute. My article, “Defining beauty: five provisi and six conditions sine qua non” will be published in the proceedings later this year.
I was very happy to become the June 6th 2021 participant in the communuty art project “L’étranger”, organized by Libanese-Canadian painter Jean Marc Nahas at the Maison de la culture de Pointe-aux-Trembles. Below are my two paintings reflecting on the immigrant experience
